This client called us because the tall chimney on this 1800s house was unstable and ready to fall.

Chimney Repair

This magnificent stone chimney was dropping its rocks onto the client's deck! Upon close inspection we found large crevices between the rocks where water could seep under the rocks and cause damage (see picture to right)

This chimney was capped and the facial restored.

We shortened the chimney and restored the mortar joints, which made it safer and more attractive. 

The loose rocks were re-set and the crevices filled in. Now the chimney is safe as well as stunning because the rocks are staying put!
